When a VIN is connected to an FTP/DMS workflow, the input feed acts as the source of truth. If an image is deleted manually from the console but still exists in the FTP source, it may reappear during the next sync.
Open the VIN on the console.
Go to the Images section and delete the required image(s).
Navigate to the Integration tab and turn the FTP workflow OFF.
This is important because if the workflow remains ON, the next FTP sync may re-upload the same images from the source feed.
Ask the client or update the images at the DMS/FTP source so the deleted images are removed from the input feed.
Once the correct images are updated on the FTP/DMS side, turn the workflow back ON.
Important:
If the images are not removed from the FTP source, they will reappear on the VIN during the next sync, even if they were deleted manually from the console.
